Terms & Conditions

By booking and attending a Soundbath or Private Session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed upon full payment. Your space (group) or time slot (private) is reserved once payment has been received.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Group Sessions:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Private Sessions:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled private session time are eligible for a 50% refund, but may be rescheduled without the fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled in exceptional circumstances, decided by facilitator.

3. Late Arrival
Group Sound Bath Classes:
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has started, in order to maintain a calm and uninterrupted experience. Late arrivals are non-refundable.

Private Sessions:
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended.

4. Health & Wellbeing
Sound healing is generally safe, but may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., severe mental health conditions, sound sensitivity, epilepsy, or during the first trimester of pregnancy). By attending, you confirm that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing and will consult a professional if unsure.

5. Personal Responsibility
Participants attend at their own risk. The facilitator is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

6. Changes & Cancellations by Organizer
In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled or needs to be rescheduled by the organizer, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Illness & Unforeseen Circumstances
If you are feeling unwell, especially with contagious symptoms, you are kindly asked not to attend.

For group sessions, illness within 24 hours does not qualify for a refund, but you may request to transfer your booking to a future session (subject to availability).

For private sessions, cancellations due to illness within 48 hours may be eligible for a one-time rescheduling (at the facilitator’s discretion), but refunds will follow the standard cancellation policy.

Unexpected emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and respectful space, all participants are expected to behave considerately. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.
